ACLU probes Six Flags hairstyle ban

Now we know what they’ve been too busy with to help the Camp Pendleton Eight in between defending the rights of terrorists and removing 100+-year-old crosses: ACLU probes Six Flags hairstyle ban.

Never mind that the hairstyle policy is written in the 2006 Six Flags America handbook, and “that the policy is not discriminatory and that exceptions are made for employees with religious and medical reasons for not cutting their hair,” says the park’s general manager, Terry Prather. We must investigate, says the ACLU: American Criminal Lawyers Union.
